Steve Meyer created Fedelta in 2004. The company's founding promise was to help aging people live at home for as long as possible, and to live their way. Its original name was Fedelta Home Care.

In 2010, Steve Meyer renamed the company Fedelta Care Solutions, to better reflect its full range of services. Today, Fedelta is a trusted and convenient source for integrated care solutions, including in-home care, nursing care, care management and senior housing placements.
