Our Caregivers
Fedelta's caregivers are well-trained, highly skilled and adaptable. And — just as important — they are warm, respectful and compassionate.

Our hiring process is the most demanding in the industry. Our background checks, interviews and tests not only assess a caregiver's character, knowledge and work skills, but also their personalities and people skills. Then, we hire fewer than 10 percent of applicants!

We carefully confirm our caregivers' credentials and training certificates, and personally speak with their former employers. New caregivers complete an extensive orientation program, then attend Fedelta's continuing education classes. Our caregivers are Fedelta employees, and as such, they are licensed, bonded and insured.

We carefully match caregivers and clients, based on a client's specific needs and requests. While skills and professionalism are always considered, so is a caregiver's personality. Once they are on the job, all Fedelta caregivers are directly supervised by our registered nurses.
