Fedelta Home Care is locally owned and operated by professionals who desire to improve the lives of the people we serve. All of us have personal experience with home care and are sensitive to the needs of our clients.

Our team is comprised of Business Management Professionals, Geriatric Care Managers, Human Resource Specialists, Licensed Healthcare Providers, and Companion Caregivers.
- Steve Meyer, President & CEO
Steve founded Fedelta Home Care after consulting for several years in both the healthcare and commercial industries and has served as a human resource professional for nearly 20 years. Steve’s consulting experience entailed working with healthcare facilities and companies to improve client and patient outcomes, improve operational efficiencies, and deliver innovative business practices. Steve is actively involved in the local community to help raise awareness of healthcare issues and currently serves as a board member and Vice President of the Northend Senior Care Coalition.
- Darin Meyer, Vice President Healthcare Services
Darin, a registered nurse with over 15 years of medical experience, joined the Fedelta team in July 2007. Most recently the Director of Nursing at Covenant Shores on Mercer Island, Darin oversaw health care for over 350 seniors. Having a broad medical background, Darin’s resume’ includes experience in several Seattle hospitals, as well as a number of long-term care facilities. Darin oversees Fedelta's newly-created Medical Staffing division.
- Jeff Judas, Vice President
As co-founder of Fedelta, Jeff now oversees all marketing efforts within the organization. Most recently, Jeff held the position of Director of Human Resouces and Operations for a Seattle-based technology company. His background includes facilities management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, as well as organizational development and staffing.

| Our Caregivers |
At Fedelta Home Care, caregivers must be compassionate, sensitive, responsible, and
deeply committed to providing our clients with the highest quality care and companionship. We employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Companions.
CNAs and HHAs work in your home under the supervision of a certified Geriatric Care Manager. While CNAs cannot perform medical duties, they are trained to observe conditions and report any changes to their supervisors. They can also receive delegation duties from a Registered Nurse.
All Fedelta caregivers provide non-medical health-related services and perform a variety of household tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, pet care, errand assistance, light housekeeping, and other non-health related duties.
All our caregivers must pass a rigorous series of tests, including a validated competency test, to ensure they can and will consistently provide the quality of service that we demand.

Once a caregiver joins our team, we provide ongoing educational opportunities which include workshops on dementia, proper transfer techniques, effective record keeping, safety standards, and many more topics.
