We help assist our clients to identify the most experienced candidates for the positions of Homemakers, Caregivers, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed/Registered Nurses. Fedelta specializes in hourly, overnight and live-in care. The Direct Hire and Temporary-to-Hire programs include the following benefits:

Direct Hire Program

Clients wishing to hire their caregivers directly may do so for a small percentage fee of the first month caregiver salary. There is no cost to the client or the candidate during the hiring process. If the candidate is hired, only then will the client incur a cost.

Temporary-to-Hire Program

Clients who have an immediate need or who are looking for flexibility in the hiring process may choose the Temporary-to-Hire program. In this "trial period", clients have the opportunity to determine if the candidate’s knowledge, skills and personality are a good fit for the client, and if the candidate deems this is a good fit for them. During this trial period, clients will incur an agency cost based on the period for which the employee serves as a temporary employee of Fedelta and a small placement fee thereafter.

Payroll Services

Many of our clients prefer not to manage the administrative responsibilities of paying their employees and instead choose to outsource this to a payroll service. Fedelta can assist our clients by offering your employees our competitive benefits and managing your employer related taxes and liabilities, all for a modest fee.
