Despite the progressive nature of Alzheimer's and other dementias, a person's independence, ability to function, and quality of life may be improved through the person-centered care approach. The specialized programs, designed and implemented by the Life Enrichment Team, include creative care techniques and a special physical environment that promotes optimum functioning, and meaningful 'moments of joy', where we custom design life-enriching activities to fit the needs of each elder.

Fedelta Home Care believes "wellness" means more than simply not being ill. Fedelta Home Care approaches wellness from a holistic perspective -- we believe that for a person to be well, quality of life has to be maximized. Our program strives to see elders enjoying life through engagement, creativity, relaxation and laughter.

Our Geriatric Care Managers will conduct a social assessment to determine the interests and hobbies of your loved one. A life enrichment program will be designed to help maintain or improve mobility, mental alertness, independence and socialization skills.

Our Caregivers are trained and experienced to use creative care techniques to maximize moments of joy for your loved one or engage them in meaningful activities. Caregivers will be appropriately matched the interests and hobbies of your loved one to ensure both are experiencing similar joys and activities.
