Fedelta Home Care is an approved provider of the Philips Lifeline product and services. As an approved supplier, Fedelta Home Care will provide the following services:
- Lifeline Equipment Installation within 24 Hours of Request - No Charge
- Lifeline Activation - $45.00 (one-time fee)
- Lifeline Monthly Monitoring Fee - $40.00 (reoccurring fee)
