  The Direct Hire Program will improve your hiring cycle by assuming the responsibility for your direct hiring process.  You can rely on us to fill your exempt and non-exempt positions, or simply use our services to fill your non-exempt positions.  Either way, you save time, costs, and resources.  Using your position profile, the process begins by presenting you with a minimum of 2 qualified candidates.  You make your selection and we invoice for this direct placement fee.  We guarantee our services for a period of 30 days.
