Fedelta Home Care provides flexible options for determining the amount of service that is required for you or your loved ones.  The best first step to take is to contact us for your FREE in-home assessment with a Fedelta Care Manager.

Hourly Home Care - ranges from as few as 4 hours per day (minimum shift length) to up to 24 hours per day.  These services may be purchase on an as needed basis or a fixed schedule up to 24 hours per day.  Some examples of hourly assistance are:

• At Work – Typically daytime assistance, 5 days per week and 8 hours per day.  Can help with things like:
  • Bathing/Grooming/Dressing
  • Breakfast & Light Housekeeping
  • Medication Reminders
  • Range of Motion Exercises
  • Companionship & Conversation
• Morning Glory – Typically morning assistance, 5 days per week and 4 hours per day.  Can help with things like:
  • Bathing/Grooming/Dressing
  • Breakfast & Clean-up
  • Medication Reminders
  • Companionship & Conversation
• Afternoon Cheer – Typically daytime assistance, 5 days per week and 4 hours per day.  Can help with things like:
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Lunch & Conversation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Range of Motion Exercises
  • Companionship & Errands
• Evening Shade – Typically evening assistance, 5 days per week and 4 hours per day.  Can help with things like:
  • Dinner & Clean-up
  • Medication Reminders
  • Personal Care Assistance/Night Attire
  • Bed Transfers
  • Companionship & Conversation
  • Secure Home

Overnight Care – can be charged on a per visit basis versus an hourly basis depending on the level of care needed.  Typically scheduled from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with 2 to 3 check-ins each night.  Assistance is provided with bed transfers, toileting, medication reminders, and a comforting presence during the night.

Couples Care – When both persons require some level of assistance, we can provide a caregiver that will accommodate the couples needs.

Home Health Care – Skilled nursing services and nurse delegation services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's). Nurses provide the skilled care to meet a medical need and care is delivered in accordance with orders given by a physician and defined in a care plan.  These services can be provided hourly or on a per visit basis, please contact us for your FREE in-home assessment with the Fedelta Home Care Director of Nursing.
