Fedelta’s caregivers serve clients throughout the Puget Sound region, in communities like Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Federal Way, and Bainbridge Island. Our in-depth caregiver screening process goes far beyond the state's requirements. All applicants for in-home caregiver positions are subject to skills and competency assessments as well as testing of writing and speaking abilities to ensure fluency in English. We also perform state and national background checks, finger print screening, plus validation of credentials and training. It's no wonder that Fedelta hires fewer than 10 percent of all in-home caregiver applicants — and that we consistently hear wonderful feedback from our happy clients!

Before they start work as caregivers, new employees complete an extensive orientation program. After they begin work, our caregivers attend continuing education classes taught by Fedelta's Registered Nurses.
At Fedelta, we are meticulous about matching caregivers to clients’ specific needs and requests. Training and skills are of utmost importance, and so is each home caregiver's personality and demeanor.
Registered Nurses directly supervise all Fedelta caregivers. Caregivers closely follow a client's care plan and complete all the tasks outlined in the plan. If questions or concerns arise, our Care Managers or Care Coordinators respond quickly.
Unlike some agencies, Fedelta does not hire contract caregivers. All caregivers are employees of Fedelta Home Care, and as such, they are licensed and insured.
