We take care of family

Life Enrichment

Life Enrichment

Fedelta’s Life Enrichment program goes beyond the senior’s physical needs to deliver meaningful experiences to our clients to address the broader issues of aging.  Our program engages our seniors to promote independence, alertness, exercise, social activity and enriches the whole self in the process.

Social Activities & Mental Stimulation

  • Visit Senior Centers, Card Clubs, Zoo, Museums and Musical Events
  • Socialization with family members, neighbors, care providers and old friends
  • Exercise the body by swimming, walking, range of motion and strength training
  • Create a memoir, share memories, reminisce the past, create goals for the future
  • Engage yourself and play bridge, paint a scene, take a photograph or scrapbook

Make the most of every day…

It’s not always easy to find the right activity that seniors might enjoy, but it is fun helping them choose from the many options that will enrich their lives for years to come.
