Fedelta's care management team has the experience and expertise to help adults and children with special needs. We reduce risks and provide solutions in the medical, legal and financial arenas — all with the goal of ensuring our clients have a fulfilling life filled with dignity, joy, and as much independence as possible.

Our RN Care Managers can access a world of resources and services to help our clients. We ensure their safety, protect their assets, advocate for their benefits, boost their independence and broaden their horizons.
