Caregivers & Hiring Process
In-Depth Screening and Testing
Fedelta's in-depth employee screening goes far beyond the state's requirements. All applicants are subject to testing for skills and competency, plus written and verbal abilities, which ensures fluency in English. We also perform state and national background checks, plus validation of their credentials and training. It's no wonder Fedelta hires fewer than 10 percent of all caregiver applicants — and no wonder we hear consistently wonderful feedback from our happy clients!
Training & Education
Before they start work as caregivers, new employees complete an extensive orientation program. After they begin work, our caregivers attend continuing education classes conducted by Fedelta's Registered Nurses.
Caregiver-Client Matching
At Fedelta, we are meticulous about matching a caregiver to a client's specific needs and requests. Training and skills are of utmost importance, and so are the caregiver's personality and demeanor.
Careful Supervision
All Fedelta caregivers are directly supervised by our Registered Nurses. Caregivers closely follow a client's care plan, and complete all the tasks outlined in the plan. If questions or concerns arise, our care managers and/or administrators respond quickly.
Licensed, Bonded and Insured
Unlike some agencies, Fedelta does not hire contract caregivers. All caregivers are employees of Fedelta Care Solutions, and as such, they are licensed, bonded and insured.
