Overview

Fedelta began in 2004 as a home care provider. While we've expanded our services since then, our roots will always be in home care. It's the heart of our company, and we do it better than anyone else!

For any home care need, the place to start is with a complementary RN home care assessment, conducted in the home, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living community. The client, family members and other support people are all invited to participate. This way, our RN gets a "big picture" view of the client's needs and wishes — as well as those of the family. Immediately after the assessment, the RN develops a customized care plan, which — after approval by the family — becomes a "blueprint" that all Fedelta caregivers follow.
