Overview

Fedelta brings one-on-one nursing care to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home — the same professional services you would receive in a rehabilitation center or a skilled nursing home. And we're close by when you need us: our nurses and care teams are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our nursing care is available on an hourly or a live-in basis, and for both short-term and ongoing needs. Short-term care is common for people who are healing from a surgery, an injury or an illness. Clients who receive ongoing care are typically elderly, chronically ill or disabled.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants are directly supervised by Registered Nurses who create care plans, oversee the quality of care, and revise clients' care plans as their needs and conditions change.

We deliver specialized nursing care for virtually any condition or need, including but not limited to Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Parkinson's, depression, and end-of-life care. For more details, please visit our Disease Management Programs page.
