Our in-home infusion team meets the highest standards in our industry. We screen and vet each candidate prior to hiring and undergo a complete competency review. Our home infusion therapy professionals are provided with detailed orientation with the client and are observed and evaluated on a regular basis. Ongoing in-home infusion training is provided as new services, techniques, or circumstances arise. Fedelta policies and procedures are aligned with industry leaders of in-home infusion therapy including Washington State Department of Health, the Infusion Nurses Society, and the Joint Commission.

Fedelta partners with a growing list of third-party pharmacies to coordinate insurance billing, infusion product ordering and interdisciplinary infusion care management. We can even instruct client or family members to administer infusion care to help families reduce costs and maintain independence. Our infusion teams are available 24/7 and can usually be scheduled within 72 hours of a valid referral.
