Ongoing in-home infusion training is provided as new services, techniques, or circumstances arise. Fedelta policies and procedures are aligned with industry leaders of in-home infusion therapy including Washington State Department of Health, the Infusion Nurses Society, and the Joint Commission.

Fedelta partners with a growing list of third-party pharmacies to coordinate insurance billing, infusion product ordering and interdisciplinary infusion care management. We can even instruct client or family members to administer infusion care to help families reduce costs and maintain independence. Our infusion teams are available 24/7 and can usually be scheduled within 72 hours of a valid referral.
Our in-home infusion services throughout Seattle, Washington, offer a care coordinator that works with our Infusion Services Manager and infusion nurse to schedule care, document any changes, and address any questions or concerns.
