Care Management for Senior Living Communities

Care Management for Senior Living Communities

Together we can provide safe transitions to happy homes

Moving later in life is extremely difficult. Many elders experience much stress when adjusting to a senior living community. For the residents that need care the most, they can sometimes be the most challenging. Our Professional Care Managers team up with senior living communities and families to assist in a smooth transition and aid in maintaining a happy home. We are also well versed with WA state laws and regulations around senior living communities. For example, we will ensure that the primary care physician writes the medication orders just right, so that there are no delays in medication administration. We provide services to independent living communities (ILs), assisted living communities (ALs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), adult family homes, and memory care units.
